Customer Success Manager

Full-time Remote US$800/month

About Us

Growing SaaS company serving the food and beverage industry. We're scaling our customer success function and looking for our first dedicated CS team member.

The Role

Own customer support and success operations across our customer base. You'll handle support requests, monitor account health, and build scalable processes as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer support requests with <24 hour response time on weekdays
  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks
  • Provide tiered support based on customer subscription level
  • Create documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Work with leadership to optimize support workflows
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or support
  • Strong written English communication
  • Experience creating processes and documentation
  • Self-directed and comfortable with autonomy
  • Quality-focused approach to problem-solving

Preferred

  • Food & beverage industry knowledge
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity
